Manila is a small locale located on a quiet residential street. It is unique in Mexico as it serves duck tacos and nothing but. There are two styles: Asian, in which the meat is rolled in a flour tortilla with cucumber and hoisin sauce resembles Peking roast duck. Mexican style is similar to carnitas, i.e. shredded meat is piled on a heated corn tortilla, garnished with cilantro and chopped onion and spiked with salsa. There are no tables here, happy patrons sit on stools at the bar or stand along the wall.
