About Casa del Alfeñique Regional Museum
Jewel of Baroque Puebla architecture, whose construction dates back to the last third of the 18th century. It has been called Casa de Alfeñique since 1790 because of its façade, decorated with a delicate ornamentation of white mortar giving the appearance of being made of the delicate sweet of alfeñique. At the moment there is a collection of pieces exhibited in 19 rooms, where you will be able to observe traits of the daily life of the XVIII and XIX centuries, talavera, gastronomy and Puebla dress, as well as the furniture of what was previously the house.
