About La Huachita Bakery
Located in Pomuch city, 4 miles from Hecelchakán. Founded since 1889, it is famous for developing a pan with traditional recipe of the founders. Through the years it has not changed its original flavor, because even the bread is made with stone and brick oven. The best known are the Pichones (French bread stuffed with ham, yellow and jalapeno cheese), the tutti, braiding, solid, camellia, polvorones, bread anis, and of course the bread Pomuch (the panetela ).
