About The Jose Guadalupe Posada Museum
Before the museum was the cural house. It was inaugurated in 1972 being the first state art museum. Paying homage to the famous Mexican engraver José Guadalupe Posada, a native of Aguascalientes, this museum exhibits the best of a large collection of his work in the permanent hall.
There are also works by authors such as José Fors, Tamayo, Mimo Paladino, among others. Do not forget to take your picture with La Catrina, the original metal engraving of 1912.
