About Manialtepec Lagoon

How to get
If you travel by private vehicle from Puerto Escondido, drive west for 16 kilometers along Federal Highway 200 toward Pinotepa Nacional, until you reach the diversion between the towns of Bajos de Chila and San José Manialtepec, in the wild world.
If you travel by bus it is advisable to get to Puerto Escondido, where you can board a taxi from those offering collective service to the lagoon and San José Manialtepec.
