About Parish of St. Francis of Assisi
Facing the main plaza is the temple which is believed to have been built between the seventeenth and nineteenth century. The clock tower was added in the nineteenth century with an eclectic style. In the concourse stairs serve as benches to take a break and Sundays can watch the Flyers Cuetzalan.
So the parish merges two traditions: Catholic and pre-Hispanic, for the church with the "sacred stick 'are one stage.
