About Bridge of the History
Built in 1711 on the narrowest part of the river as rising water hindered the passage of caravans, this bridge was long the only entrance to San Juan del Rio and he upgraded from mineral shipments to rebel troops. He even became the most used between Mexico City and the Bajío.
You will also see thousands of white pass, Canadians and Europeans migrating ducks to the river San Juan each year.
