Dunes of Samalayuca

Wide expanse of desert located in the far north of Chihuahua, recognized as the most famous dune ecosystem and extensive of Mexico, because extending 100 km from the northwest to the southeast of the state. The Samalayuca dune system is unique, as the survival of 248 species of plants depend on their existence, also has a rich area of 154 species of fauna.
