Description Sian Ka'an
It is the third largest reserve of Mexico, as it protects more than 500,000 acres of tropical ecosystems of the state. It features jungles, savannas and a portion of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef second longer, it is also home to at least 800 species of plants and provides habitat to over 360 species of birds and other animals in the region such as jaguars, pumas, ocelots , spider monkeys, howler monkeys, crocodiles and various types of turtles.
