About Birriería Chololo Restaurant
This restaurant is an institution. Its founder Mr. Javier, although currently it is not already present, left the legacy of the original recipe to one of his relatives. The preparation of this singular rubbish has been transmitted from generation to generation for over 90 years. The tatemada rubbish that has been served with fried baked with melted cheese on top beans, is a delight for tapatíos and visitors, that after having tasted the dish, return to "El Chololo" definitely a stop bound by your way to Tlaquepaque.
